Steadfast Data Solutions (SDS) is a specialist data protection consultancy and training firm based in East Sussex, UK.
Leveraging an in-depth understanding of UK and EU data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, coupled with extensive academic research expertise, SDS provides tailored consultancy and training services to help businesses fulfill their data protection obligations.
Operating primarily in the South and London regions of the UK, SDS' services are accessible nationwide, including remote/virtual delivery options when appropriate.
Who am I?
My name is Henry, the face behind Steadfast Data Solutions.
For over a decade, I've been immersed in the data protection arena, lecturing on data protection law at various UK universities and providing consultancy services to businesses based across the UK and mainland Europe
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Reading, a Master's Degree in Regulation and Technology (LLM) from King's College, University of London, and a Doctorate in Data Protection Law (PhD) from the University of Southampton. I am also an internationally published author in the Data Protection law field.
